During probate, the court will appoint an Executor or Administrator, a creditor's notice must be published, and an Inventory must be filed with the court. We can also help with post mortem tax planning and assist with any federal and state tax returns. We can make any necessary court filings and assist with custody or guardianship issues that may arise.
